CANCELLATION AND RETURN POLICY

• If the cancellation of the contracted service is made with a notice of more than 24 hours, 100% of the amount paid is reimbursed. Cancellations are not allowed for advance notice of less than 24 hours. If the reservation is cancelled without prior noticeTukfun will not make any refunds.
• In the event that weather conditions or other exceptional conditions (road closures, demonstrations, road traffic blockade, etc.) completely prevent the performance of the service, the amount paid will not be refunded.
• The tour will take place whenever it rains or is hot, with the exception of extreme conditions.
• If you make a mistake when booking the number of tuk tuks on the website, and you don't know it until the start time of the tour, Tukfun will not make any refunds, since this availability will not be able to be reserved by another customer.
• No more than four people are allowed per vehicle, so if you show up to more than four people having booked a single tuk tuk, you cannot cancel it.
• In case of changes in the itinerary through closed streets or demonstrations on the day of the tour, the amount paid will not be refunded.
