Where do you pick us up? In Madrid, at the meeting point shown on the tour. Prefer pickup at your hotel or apartment within about 30 minutes of central Madrid? Write the address in the booking question. After booking we confirm the details by WhatsApp or phone.
Is food included? No, food and drinks are not included. If you'd like a snack or a drink, your guide can take you to a good local spot and you pay there directly. Vegetarian options are available, and your guide can point you to places that suit other dietary needs (for example no pork or halal-friendly) — tell us when booking.
What language is the tour in? Your live local guide from Madrid leads the tour in Spanish or English. Other languages on request — just ask when booking.
Can we bring children? Yes, kids are welcome from age 2.
Are entry tickets included? No. Monument entry tickets are not included; photo stops are outside.
Can the route change? The order of the stops can adapt to traffic and street closures, but you still see every listed stop.
Can I cancel? Yes. Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the start (100% refund). With less than 24 hours' notice there is no refund, and arriving more than 15 minutes late counts as a no-show. If the weather is bad, we'll contact you to reschedule.
